• All watches are pre-owned and sold as-is, with no implied or expressed warranty unless specifically stated.
• Buyers are encouraged to inspect the watch thoroughly before purchase. You are welcome to have the watch verified for authenticity by a trusted professional of your choice.
• We guarantee that all watches sold are 100% authentic. We do not deal in replicas or modified watches.

2. Payment

• Payments are accepted via PayPal or bank transfer only.
• Full payment must be received and cleared before the watch is released for shipping or pickup.

3. Shipping & Insurance

• Buyers are responsible for shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
• All watches are shipped via a trusted courier with tracking. Insurance can be arranged upon request at the buyer’s expense.
• International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

4. No Refunds or Returns

• Due to the nature of second-hand watch sales, all sales are final.
• Once a watch has been purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted.

• The Watch Shooter is not responsible for any damages, loss, or issues that occur after the watch has been sold.
• If purchasing in person, once the transaction is completed, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the watch.
